We hope you are all staying safe and healthy during this uncharted journey.
We know many of you are concerned about the progress of your/your child’s treatment. Since March 17, we have been handling emergencies, but as recommended by the CT State Dental Association and the ADA have remained closed for routine appointments.
When we are given the green light to resume our normal hours, we will put all of our energy into rescheduling every patient that we have not been able to see during this time.
We are happy to tell you that we are instituting a temporary aligner "contact free" pick up system BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
If you/your child’s treatment is with clear aligners (as opposed to braces), and were scheduled to be seen in the office between March 17 and May 20th, please contact the office via email at [email protected] or text 860-529-9555(no telephone messages). Please provide the patient’s last name in the subject line of your email or text.
We will reply to you as quickly as we can, but be advised that due to reduced staff, and high volume, it may take a little while to get back to you.
