Meet Dr. Edwards from Rosenberg Ortho

Dr. Deenya Edwards:
Hi, I'm Dr. Deenya Edwards, an orthodontist here at Rosenberg Orthodontics, and I've been a part of this amazing team since 2006. I graduated from UConn Dental School and then trained in orthodontics at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. The interesting thing is neither myself nor sibling had braces. So my first meaningful exposure to orthodontics was in my third year at dental school. Once I saw a series of before and after pictures, I was hooked and knew that was what I wanted to be a part of.

Dr. Deenya Edwards:
At Rosenberg Orthodontics we work with our patients to progressively improve their bite and smile. I love that we're able to develop great long-term relationships over the course of their treatment. Chatting with parents and patients allows me to get to know each person individually. I pride myself on listening to each patient and identifying their needs and wants. The best patient is a well-informed patient, so at Rosenberg Orthodontics, we make sure to explain everything and answer all questions. Whether it's traditional braces, clear braces, or even aligners, I make sure to thoroughly explain all options.

Dr. Deenya Edwards:
A bonus to this practice is that we know how to have fun. Our waiting rooms have arcade games, computers, and refreshment stations. We want our patients to feel comfortable while waiting for their appointments. I often tell patients I come into the office each day to have a good time and create beautiful smiles. I have three small kids, so the real work starts when I leave the office to go home.
