Management Staff

Lisa, Clinical Director

I started my career as an orthodontic assistant with Dr. Rosenberg in 1991. At that time we had our Canton and Wethersfield offices, and only two staff members! I am a certified dental assistant and a certified orthodontic assistant. My role in the office has evolved into treatment coordinator and clinical supervisor. It has brought me great joy to share in the development of the practice. Outside of the practice, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Joanne, Practice Manager

I started working for Dr. Rosenberg shortly after moving to Connecticut from New Jersey in 1998. At that time, my position was part-time as a front desk assistant. Over the years, I have advanced into Wethersfield office manager and now front desk practice manager. Dr. Rosenberg and staff continually strive to provide excellent customer service to our patients. The part-time job that I started out with in 1998 has turned into a wonderful career here at Rosenberg Orthodontics! Outside the office, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my two daughters, son-in law and family.

Laura, Canton Office Manager

I have been the Canton Office Manager since 2000. I really enjoy my job because I have had the great pleasure and privilege of getting to know so many wonderful patients and families over almost a decade. I am a lifelong resident of Farmington Valley area where I reside with my husband and daughter, who is currently a patient here as well. I have enjoyed watching her progress through the eyes of a parent; it has been a great learning experience and has given me a whole new perspective on what we do here at Rosenberg Orthodontics.

Vicki, West Hartford Office Manager

I started working for the practice in 2003 and currently manage the West Hartford office. Having been a patient first has afforded me an experience to live up to. Working here has been a pleasure, and I really enjoy interacting with our patients and their families and taking on the responsibility of my office as a whole. The staff is extraordinary in their compassion for our patients, families and one another. My husband and three of our six children have been through treatment here with excellent results as well. During my days off I enjoy working out, making jewelry, reading and enjoying activities and time with my family!

Carrie, Newington Office Manager

I have been with Rosenberg Orthodontics since 2004, and for me it has been a wonderful experience working with both the patients and our staff. I currently manage the Newington location. I have a wonderful husband, Jeff, and beautiful daughter Jenna. We have an adorable yellow Labrador named Chaz who entertains us daily!

Melanie, Advertising Director

As the head of advertising at Rosenberg Orthodontics I wear many hats throughout the day. Some of my advertising and marketing duties include writing our television and radio commercials, as well as creating contests and incentive programs within the office. I love working with my father as well as his colleagues. In my free time I enjoy movies, my dogs, and singing.

Carol, Financial Director

I am a graduate from Clark University, Massachusetts, and UCONN Law School. After spending four years in private practice, I decided to work side by side with my husband, Dr. Rosenberg, as his chief financial officer. We have three daughters, and I enjoy cooking, movies, and a good joke.

Laurey, Financial Coordinator

I have been with Rosenberg Orthodontics since 1998. I started my career as a front desk receptionist and currently I am the accounts receivable manager for the practice. I have had many wonderful experiences here. I enjoy seeing the many friendly faces that come through our door, knowing that they are receiving the best care and excellent treatment by our doctors. I work with a wonderful staff and enjoy every day with them. I have two beautiful daughters, Sarah and Jessica. In my off time, I love to spend time with my girls!

Lynn, Lab Director

I started my career as a laboratory technician in 1991 and began working for Rosenberg Orthodontics in 1994. I am in charge of all laboratory services here. With the growth of the practice, this is quite a big job. It is very rewarding knowing I took part in making our patients smile. Working in this practice has taught me how important it is to have great patient care. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, a good book at the beach, and spending time with my family.

Kristan, Insurance Manager

The Rosenberg Orthodontic family welcomed me in May of 2006, and I have been here ever since. I enjoy interacting with patients, and our staff is courteous and caring. I am frequently called upon to speak with our patients in Spanish. We all strive to give 110% every day! I have three adorable children at home, whom I love dearly and constantly amaze me!

In 1992 I joined Dr. Rosenberg’s orthodontic practice with offices in Canton and Wethersfield, three employees, an appointment book and a box of account ledger cards.  For nine years I worked in both offices and watched the practice grow by leaps and bounds.  I recently returned to Rosenberg Orthodontics after a 10 year hiatus as a muralist and decorative artist and am delighted to be back.  I am extremely proud of the four beautiful offices, our talented staff, and the quality of care we provide.  I reside in Canton with my husband where we raised our two, now adult, children.  We spend much of our free time hiking and kayaking, cooking and reading and I even paint a picture from time to time.

I began my career in orthodontics back in 1998. I am trained in most areas of the orthodontic office, both clinically and clerically. Over the years I have developed a true passion, not only for being involved in the process of straightening teeth and correcting jaw malocclusions, but also for the relationships, which naturally evolve throughout the course of treatment between patients and families. I am thrilled to be a part of the Rosenberg Orthodontic team, who is committed daily to making treatment a positive experience for every patient in a warm and friendly environment. This really makes each day enjoyable. Outside of the practice I am a mother to an amazing little boy who brings such joy and sweetness to my world. Together we enjoy reading, shopping, board games, museums, picnics and visits to the park. Other personal interests include: attending writing workshops and retreats, snowboarding, poetry readings and stand-up comedy.

After having three of my four children complete their orthodontic treatment here, I was thrilled to become part of the Rosenberg team.  I am very excited to be working with such a knowledgeable and kind staff.  I am a lifetime Rocky Hill resident and the proud Mom to four wonderful daughters and two beautiful granddaughters.  I enjoy cooking, running, reading and sewing in my free time.

I have had the pleasure of working for Rosenberg Orthodontics since 2010. I enjoy seeing the patients and watching the progress  of their treatment from start to finish. We have a wonderful staff that has become like family. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, spending time with my beautiful niece Natalie and my wonderful boyfriend Timmy.

I am a graduate from the Greater Hartford Orthodontic Assistant Training Academy, and I fell in love with orthodontics! I am so grateful for working with Dr. Rosenberg. It has only been a short time, but I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else. During my free time I take care of my adorable daughter and enjoy watching her grow.

I am from Wethersfield and a graduate of Tunxis Community College with a degree in Dental Assisting. I have been with Rosenberg Orthodontics since 2005 and really enjoy it. At home, I have a Maltese named Bubba. During my free time I love going out with my friends and spending time with my family.

I joined the Rosenberg Orthodontic team in 2004. Besides chairside assisting, I am in charge of ordering supplies for the offices. I have so much fun at my job working with some of the best doctors and staff. Besides having fun here, I enjoy scrapbooking and traveling. I live with my husband and baby boy. We also have a loving St. Bernard named Barney.

Candace, Clinical Assistant

I grew up in Farmington and attended Tunxis Community College for dental assisting. During my weekends, I work at a group home, which is where I assist adults with special needs. My previous training helps me with the special needs of patients here at Rosenberg Orthodontics. I love to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Charlene, Clinical Assistant

I have worked for Rosenberg Orthodontics since 1999. I really enjoy coming to work every day because the people I work with are like my second family. Over the years, it has been very rewarding to watch our patients grow up and to see their smiles at the end of treatment. Outside of Rosenberg Orthodontics I love spending time with my friends and family, and I live with my beautiful teenage daughter in East Hampton.

Jen, Clinical Assistant 

I began working at Rosenberg Orthodontics in 1998 while still attending high school, and have worked here throughout my collegiate career. I have done just about every job in the office, including front desk and laboratory. I am an instructor for the Greater Hartford Orthodontic Training Academy, and I really enjoy working with our patients and improving their smile.

I have been a certified dental assistant since 1998 and have been working for Rosenberg Orthodontics since 2003. When not working on patients, I run the Canton Laboratory. We are like family here.

Jessica, Clinical Assistant

I have been an orthodontic assistant since 2002 and have always loved my job because I love working with kids! I have been with Rosenberg Orthodontics since 2008 and have found that because of the great staff, the excellent doctors and the wonderful patients, I love what I do even more! When not working, I love sports (go Yankees and Patriots!) and traveling.

I am originally from Vermont and have been a part of the Rosenberg Orthodontic family since 2001. I find my job to be very rewarding and satisfying because of our patients and staff. I am married to a wonderful man and have a beautiful daughter who keeps me very busy.

I started my career as a dental assistant in 1998 and bring that knowledge with me to Rosenberg Orthodontics! I walk into work knowing I work with an amazing team. I have watched many of our patients grow up and love their smiles. I still see patients who tell me how much they love coming to us. I enjoy shopping, going to the beach, and horseback riding.

I am originally from California, but I moved to New England with my husband and have two beautiful children. I am a certified orthodontic assistant. I am so lucky to have been a part of Rosenberg Orthodontics since 2000. We are not just an orthodontic practice, we are family!

Maribeth, Clinical Assistant

I have 16 years of experience in the orthodontic field and have been with Rosenberg Orthodontics since 2005. I enjoy the daily challenges that come with working with many patients and staff members. On my off hours, I stay extremely busy raising two teenagers.

Meliha, Clinical Assistant

I was born in Serbia and grew up in Germany, moving to the United States in 1999. Recently I purchased a home in Wethersfield. I have been an orthodontic assistant since 2004, and I love to work with many different patients and to be challenged daily. Speaking German and Bosnian helps to reach out to many patients. The caring attitude in our office is unique and refreshing. I love to spend time with my wonderful husband traveling the world.

Phyllis, Clinical Assistant

I am from California and moved to Connecticut in 2002. I am a graduate of the dental assisting program at Porter and Chester Institute and the Greater Hartford Orthodontic Training Academy. I enjoy running, cooking, and traveling. Being part of the Rosenberg Orthodontic team makes me feel as if I have 29 wonderful sisters!

Tanya, Clinical Assistant

I started as a patient of Dr. Rosenberg’s in 1988 and was trained by Dr. Rosenberg as an orthodontic assistant. I have been in the field as an assistant ever since. Smiling and laughter are two of my favorite things, and I am grateful to get these both at work and home with my husband and daughter. I look forward to the future with both as well!
