Warm, fun & pleasant!
I heard about Rosenberg Orthodontics through a mutual friend. From the very beginning our family felt the warmth of the office. The front desk staff has been pleasant, and very helpful, and the doctors very warm, friendly and professional. The orthodontic assistants are great with my son and explain every step during a procedure. I always join my child in the operatory for a "progress report" from the doctor on staff. And to our delight, treatment is going faster than expected! I would definately recommend this practice to anyone with orthodontic needs.

My teeth were terrible before I started braces with Rosenberg Orthodontics. Dr. Rosenberg said I'd have braces for 2 years and I was done in less time. On Wednesday, October 21st, my son Karl had a "freak" accident. He had just got a new BMX bike and had been making ramps in the backyard and jumping them. He inadvertently had set one up too close to the clothes line and got a little "too much air" and the line caught his top front and broke his top jaw bone. So that even though he was due to get his braces off, he looked like Jerry Lewis in the Nutty Professor. NOT GOOD!
Words cannot describe how scared we were and the first thing that came to my mind was to get him into your office. so we arrived at the West Hartford office, at closing time, and met with Dr. Edwards, who we have never had the pleasure of meeting before this incident. Dr. Edwards and the staff were
great! They took and made copies of the xrays, removed the broken wire, rewired to "splint the teeth", talked to my dentist and really helped Karl and I through this horrible ordeal. And, we cannot thank them and Dr. Rosenberg enough!
Karl saw the oral surgeon, Dr. Herriot, the next day and he realigned to jaw bone. Dr. Herriot then sent us right back to Dr. Edwards to rewire everything in place.
Karl is doing remarkably well! He is not in any pain and his teeth look good. We also have to thank everyone in the Canton office, especially Dr. Johnson who had been responsible for most of Karl's treatments. We know his front teeth were strengthened from the braces he had. We thank God that Karl is okay and we thank you so much for everything!

“I’d just like to thank you for the excellent orthodontic work you did for my daughter, Kelley. The whole first week after she got her braces off we couldn’t walk by a mirror without stopping. Kelley would look at herself and declare, 'I LOVE my teeth.' I wish you could have seen how happy she was. You’ve always been so kind and supportive. I’m sure you would have enjoyed her reaction.
When I look back at pictures of Kelley before you fixed her teeth I can’t believe I ever hesitated about getting the braces. I was worried about the cost and didn’t feel that straight teeth were a priority. You were very understanding and explained how Kelley had much more than just a cosmetic problem. When you showed me the impression of her teeth I was convinced the work had to be done. I’m so glad there was a payment plan to fit my budget.
I also want to thank your office staff for being so accommodating. I was able to get appointments to fit my schedule and whenever Kelley had a problem we were able to get in right away to get it fixed. This may seem like a trivial thing, but I love the arcade games in the waiting area. On the occasions that my younger son had to accompany us to an appointment those games kept him occupied and make the whole experience much more pleasant.
Finally, I would like to applaud your generosity toward your patients and the community at large. My children have enjoyed the various charity events you’ve sponsored over the years. It feels like a party for them and it certainly fills a need. Although this may not seem important to orthodontic work in general, it is very important to me, and to the community. It is something you don’t have to do but do anyway. I always mention this to my friend when they ask which orthodontist I use.
All in all we’ve had such a good experience we’ll be back for Ryan’s braces as soon as he’s ready.”

The Most Important Parts of my life as Filled with Beautiful Smiles
“My name is Cathy. I am 34 years old and just had my braces removed after working with Dr. Rosenberg and his staff for about 2 ½ years.
I came to see Dr. Rosenberg in October upon the referral of a friend whose children came to his office. I was 32 at the time and had just gotten engaged. I wanted my teeth perfect for the wedding!
It is very different to get braces as an adult. I was very pleased to see more and more adults in his office and out in the community with braces…maybe I was just more aware of it now. I also teach, so I am very visible and rely on my mouth for my job!
One year after my initial visit, I got married. For the occasion, Dr. R. removed the top brackets so they would not be visible for my photos and gave me a retainer for the honeymoon. He reapplied the brackets when I returned. Eight months after that, I was pregnant with my first child. My treatment went through my entire pregnancy without any difficulty. They always made sure I was comfortable and were able to accommodate any requests that I had. Shortly after the baby was born, my braces were removed. I am now in my retainers and anxiously awaiting moving to only having to wear them at night.
Throughout the entire process all the staff, from the receptionists to the assistants, were wonderful. They were all part of the getting married excitement and very considerate and excited for me through the pregnancy and delivery of my son. They were always polite and professional, but warm enough to be interested in what was going on with me. Though the process of braces can be a little challenging once in a while, I enjoyed it because of the people with whom I went through it.
I would recommend Dr. Rosenberg’s practice to anyone who is considering orthodontic work. It was a very positive experience."
