Wethersfield Office
|
Joanne - Practice Manager I started working for Dr. Rosenberg shortly after moving to Connecticut from New Jersey in 1998. At that time, my position was part-time as a Front Desk Assistant. Over the years, it has advanced into Wethersfield Office Manager and now Front Desk Practice Manager. One quality I admire about this practice, is how hard Dr. Rosenberg and staff continually strive to provide excellent customer service to our patients. We want them to feel at home in our office during their orthodontic treatment. This practice has been a wonderful opportunity for me and my family! In 2002, my daughter began orthodontic treatment here. As a mom, I was concerned about the palate expander and braces she needed to correct her bite. But, the doctors and staff treated her as one of their own children, making her feel comfortable and safe. Her smile turned out beautifully. You can see her photo on the wall in the Wethersfield office! It is very gratifying to see the wonderful transformation that takes place from the start of our patients’ treatment to the “big day” when the braces are removed. The part time job that I started out with in 1998 has turned into a wonderful career here at Rosenberg Orthodontics! Outside the office, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my two daughters, son-in law and family. |
West Hartford Office
 |
Vicki - Front Desk Manager I moved to Connecticut in 1999 and was referred to Dr. Rosenberg by Dr. Bell for a consultation. I had an openbite and was suffering with temporal mandibular joint syndrome (TMJ) for years. I started my orthodontic treatment immediately. I can truly say the outcome was perfect! My TMJ issue is completely resolved and I love my new smile. During my treatment, I was overcome by the friendly and caring atmosphere, so much, that I asked Dr. Rosenberg to keep me in mind when the office was hiring. I started working for the practice in 2002 and currently manage the West Hartford office.
Having been a patient first has afforded me an experience to live up to. Working here has been a pleasure and I really enjoy interacting with our patients and their families, and taking on the responsibility of my office as a whole. The staff is extraordinary in their compassion for our patients, families and each other. My husband and two of our six children have been through treatment here with excellent results as well. During my days off I enjoy working out, making jewelry, reading and enjoying activities and time with my family! |

Team

Lisa (C.D.A., C.O.A.) - Clinical Director I started my career as an orthodontic assistant with Dr. Rosenberg in 1991. At that time we had our Canton and Wethersfield offices, and only 2 staff members. As Dr. Rosenberg’s vision of the practice began to expand, so did the office. My role in the office evolved into Treatment Coordinator and Clinical Supervisor. It has brought me great joy to share in the development of the practice. Currently, we have 4 offices, 4 doctors and over 30 staff members. What a transformation from our humble beginnings!!! One of the attributes I love about the practice is, Despite the continued growth, the doctors and staff strive to provide the “mom and pop” feel. The outstanding customer service and care from the doctors and staff will truly “Make You Smile!”
Outside of the practice, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three children, family and friends. As a mom, Rosenberg Orthodontics continues to provide me with the flexibility of working part-time. I get the opportunity to balance the career I love and spending time with my young children. “Priceless”!
In 2008 Dr. Rosenberg, Carol and I created The Greater Hartford Orthodontic Assistant Training Academy. Ghoata is the only dental program in Connecticut that offers assistant training exclusive to orthodontics.
What I find most gratifying about being a member of the Rosenberg Orthodontic team is the life changing results we are instrumental in creating. We develop interpersonal connections with our patients and make them part of our “Rosenberg Orthodontic Family”.
Rosenberg Orthodontics has provided me with countless opportunities both professionally and personally and I am proud to be a part of such a wonderful organization! |
